The Philippine skyline is rapidly emerging as a venue for building condos. As the multitude of real estate brands battle neck and neck in attracting as much young professionals with their brand, it gets difficult to stand out of that clutter. We needed a more personal way of communicating our brand. So we created the Avida Condo Quiz, a Facebook app for matching each potential consumer’s lifestyle with a suitable condo that Avida offered. Suddenly, they were clicks away from finding their own home.
